Sukiyaki

This is a sukiyaki I made for dinner, when my friend came over.

Sukiyaki
Ingredients:
4 shrimps
1 piece of abalone
5 pieces of crabstick
some fish cake
some beef balls
some mushroom balls
Some chinese cabbage
Sliced Shabu Shabu Beef
Fish Maw
Black Pepper
Sukiyaki sauce
Pork Bone Broth
Sake
Kikkoman Soy sauce
White Onion
Butter
Tofu Puffs
1 egg
Vermicelli noodle
Chopped Spring Onions
Enoki Mushrooms

Steps: Boil the pieces of fish maw. Marinate the Sliced Beef in the Sukiyaki sauce. Add Black Pepper, white onions and some Sake to the meat. Then you fry the butter in the Sukiyaki Crock pot and add some onions to fry. Add the marinated Beef Slices to the Pot. Make sure that the Beef does not over-cook. When the meat is cooked to your liking remove the meat and add the Pork Bone Broth (this is made by boiling pork bones in hot water.

Let the Soup Boil and Prepare your other Ingredients. Chop the Abalone into cubes, Cut the Tofu Puff into strips and then slice up the Chinese Cabbage.

Add some sukiyaki sauce and soy sauce to your Broth for taste. When all your ingredients are ready put them into the Crock Pot starting with the ingredients that cook quickly. (make sure that the soup does not over flow. After that add all your ingredients then crack an egg into the soup and mix thoroughly. When you are about to serve just garnish the top of the sukiyaki with some chopped spring onions.

There you go, you got some Sukiyaki. The simple way.
