Pregnant woman fried rice and Grilled Pork Belly

Fried rice which is probably better for Pregnant woman than most and grilled pork belly.

Pregnant Woman Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Rice
Egg
Salt
Black Pepper
Soy Sauce
Shrimp that is cut into thirds
Scallops cut in half
Crab meat
Bean sprouts
Chinese Cabbage
Spring Onion
Salted Silver Anchovy
Butter
Garlic, finely chopped

Steps: Prepare your ingredients. Put the rice into a bowl and mix with raw egg, black pepper and salt (or magic sarap). Make sure that the rice is not too sticky. Cut all the shrimp into three parts, cut the scallops in half. Slice the Chinese Cabbage into thin strips for toppings, also dice some of the Cabbage and add directly to the rice.
Fry some oil in a frying pan and cook the scallops, the shrimp and the crab meat. if the crab meat becomes too dry add some more oil. When all of the seafood are cooked remove it from the pan.

Fry some butter in the pan and put Garlic, until it turns golden brown. Put the rice into the pan and fry well. Add some soy sauce if the rice becomes too dry when cooking or if it needs more taste. When the rice is almost cooked add in the Silver Anchovies into the rice. After that put back the previously cooked ingredients into the rice. Push the fried rice to one side of the pan and crack an egg on one side of the pan. when the egg starts to turn white mix it together with the yolk to make an omelet like mixture. When the egg is cooked mix it together with the rice. Add some of the spring onions for freshness. When that is done plate it, garnish the top of the rice with the remaining spring onions and thinly sliced Chinese Cabbage.

This fried rice is certified to taste good.

This pork recipe is actually really easy and very fun when you have many types of sauces.

Grilled Pork Belly.
Ingredients:
Pork belly sliced up
Oyster Sauce
Korean BBQ sauce
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Sake
Garlic sliced
Butter

Steps: First you prepare all of the ingredients stated. The reason why there are no measurements is because it is up to your taste to see how much you want. Basically You Marinate the meat by putting all of the ingredients together. After that you cover it with cling rap and keep in the fridge for at least an hour.
After that you get your grill ready, I used a Genghis Khan pan but any grill will work. Put the butter on the grill and cook all of the pork. It is important that you do this directly before serving, because it becomes cold if you wait too long.

Then just plate your meat. The great thing is that this mixture works with almost any type of pork or beef. You can substitute the sauces like Korean BBQ with other sauces like Barbecue sauce or Gyu niku sauce. I literally do this every time I crave meat but want it done simple and quick. (I might post other variations of the recipe with other types of meat eventually.)
