The Food Bairn

Hello my name is Brian, I am a 17 year old living in Singapore. These are my attempts at making good food with no formal training at all on a weekly basis. I cook mostly for my family, but in some ways they have a higher standard for food than many restaurants. Most of these are improvised and come from the machinations of putting ingredients together in my head. I hope you enjoy it!
