Sister's set menu

This is a set menu that I invented from the ingredients/food that my sister listed down and gave me. It was the present that I gave her for her birthday.

Bacon and Cheese Mash with Scotch Egg

Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
8 small Idaho Russet Potatoes
3 tablespoons milk
bacon bits
shredded mozzarella cheese
melted butter
black pepper
salt

Steps: Peel the skin off of all the potatoes and put them in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes (you can test the readiness with a toothpick). After that mash the potatoes together and mix in the milk, make sure that it is smooth. Put in the black pepper and salt for taste. After that is done put the mashed potato in a frying pan and put in the melted butter. Add the bacon bits and Mozzarella cheese while mixing it to give it a slightly sticky texture. Plate it.

Scotch Egg
Ingredients:
6 quail eggs, chopped finely
3 parsley stalks
200g minced pork
salt
black pepper
flour
egg
breadcrumbs

Steps: Boil the quail eggs and then remove the shells. Mix the minced pork with the black pepper, salt and parsley. Wrap the quail eggs with a generous amount of pork and make some balls of meat. After that cover the balls in flour, dip them into the egg and then cover it in breadcrumbs. Then you deep fry the scotch eggs in canola oil. Then voila simple food that looks european.

Homemade Pesto
Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic.
handful of baby spinach
several leaves of fresh basil
olive oil

Steps: Take all the ingredients and put it in the motor. Use the pestle and pound the ingredients together until it becomes a smooth paste. Pesto.

Tagliatelle with Mushrooms and Scallops
Ingredients:
Homemade Pesto (above)
4 White Button Mushrooms, cut into slices
8 Scallops
Te Koko White Wine
Tagliatelle Pasta
Flour
Butter
Grated Brie Cheese
Olive Oil
Garlic, finely chopped
Black pepper

Steps: Put the Tagliatelle Pasta into a pot of boiling water and make sure that it is cooked. Drain the Pasta with a sieve and add olive oil so that it does not stick. Plate the pasta. Use a frying pan and melt some butter, fry the garlic until golden brown. Put in the sliced white button mushrooms, add some black pepper. Add the scallops into the pan and cook well. Put in the wine and by now there should be an excess of sauce.  When the scallops are fully cooked, drain the sauce and put it into a smaller pan. Add flour to the smaller pan and mix before adding back to the other pan. When there is enough sauce add it to the pasta, mix together well. After that add the grated cheese on top of the pasta and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. End Result, Pasta.

This is the full course excluding the waffle with ice-cream. The mango shake is quite simple so I'm not going to post the recipes, likewise with the soup.
